Exhaust limits it to one use per fight, but retrieving key cards like Defragment, Dual Cast, or Capacitor for another use is huge. It works as a powerful combo enabler, letting you play high-cost cards twice in one fight. Save it for the decisive mid-to-late moment rather than spending it early.
