A powerful combo piece: Exhaust at 1 cost and cause your next Power to play twice. Two Defragments mean Focus +4; two Machine Learnings mean draw +2/turn. It simply doubles the effect of any strong Power.

The biggest payoff is turning a 3 cost Creative AI into a loop that adds two random Powers per turn. It also pairs beautifully with White Noise — land a random Power, then Amplify, then play it. Exhaust limits you to one use, but timed well it generates enormous advantage.

• Play just before Defragment for the most efficient Focus +4 move
• With Storm out, Amplify into any other Power channels 2 Lightning instead of 1
• Amplify into Creative AI to add 2 Powers per turn going forward
