A Shop relic that adds +2 to the effect value of X-cost cards. Extremely strong if your deck includes X-cost cards — big plays like Whirlwind and Multi-Cast get noticeably stronger. It's also quietly useful that even at 0 energy, a minimum effect of 2 is guaranteed.
