Tingsha is a Silent-only relic that deals 3 damage to a random enemy every time you discard a card. In STS2 Silent's discard synergy has been significantly strengthened, and this relic is a centerpiece of discard builds.
Silent starts with discard cards like Acrobatics and Survivor built into the starter deck. Just using these triggers extra damage every turn. Combine with Calculated Gamble or Gambling Chip and you can discard a huge pile of cards in a single turn for explosive AoE output. Paired with Tough Bandage, every discard yields both damage and Block — an offense-defense play.
