A-tier

A 0-cost card that draws 2 (3 upgraded) and tosses a Burn into the discard pile. A Burn clogs the deck if ignored, but a 0-cost 2-to-3 draw is a huge tempo gain.

In Claw decks or 0-cost-focused decks, the Burn turns into a real asset: Rocket Punch unlocks, Recursion triggers its draw, and Turn the Tide generates Orbs. When the deck has no Status payoffs, Burns accumulate and pollute the pile, so mind your copy count. A deck that can weaponize Status cards gains enormous value here.
