Cost 3 is heavy, but the permanent effect of dropping a random Power into hand every single turn puts this among the best Powers in the Defect pool. Once established, as long as the fight drags on you keep gaining free Powers, including Powers that are not even in your deck.

Defragment, Machine Learning, Loop, Echo Form, and other strong Powers keep arriving, letting you pile advantage relentlessly in long fights. Cost 3 is steep, but from turn 2 onward the free Power every turn more than pays for itself. It functions as a permanent Power supply line, effectively upgrading the one-shot White Noise pattern into an unending stream.

• Early placement wins. Drop it pre-boss against an elite or early boss to maximize turn count
• With Amplify you can play it twice for two free Powers per turn
• The Powers added still need Energy to play, so Energy setup matters
• Builds that can pay cost 3 (Plasma-focused or Echo Form variants) pair especially well

• Amplify: Play Creative AI twice for two Powers per turn
• Echo Form: The first card is played twice, so Creative AI itself can be doubled (same effect as Amplify)
• Storm: Every Power play Channels Lightning. Free Powers from Creative AI compound Lightning gain
