A-tier

A cost-0 Skill that Channels Frost equal to the enemy count, then Exhausts. Multi-enemy fights let you load many Frost Orbs in a single card, pushing a Frost-focused deck through its setup phase in one action.

Exhaust limits it to one use per fight, but the 0 cost plus mass Frost generation right at the start of combat is excellent value. Even single-target fights give 1 Frost, so it never whiffs, and 2-3 Frost in one card against multi-enemy groups is fantastic. It stabilizes the early tempo of Frost builds significantly.
