A simple card that channels one Lightning orb for 1 Energy. Upgrading drops the cost to 0, which dramatically improves its usability.

Lightning orbs passively deal damage to a random enemy at turn end, and deal bigger damage when Evoked. It works as an early-to-mid game support piece for Lightning-focused decks.

Before upgrading, its cost efficiency is poor, but once it becomes 0 cost, it synergizes very well with Lightning payoffs like Storm and Thunder (Power). In decks that run Storm or Thunder (Power), prioritize upgrading this card.

• Primary orb generator for Lightning decks in the early game
• After upgrading, the 0 cost lets you stack Lightning orbs for free while cycling the deck
• Combining with Thunder (Power) or Storm leads to explosive damage
• Watch orb slots in the early game, since too many channels will Evoke orbs before you want
