Sweeping Gaze is a token attack where Osty deals 10 random-target damage and Exhausts. As a free card generated from specific interactions, 10 damage is respectable, but the random targeting can reduce the value against priority enemies or single-target fights. In multi-enemy situations the random pick can land anywhere, so treat it as chip pressure rather than a finisher.
