A one-of-a-kind AoE multi-hit attack only available from an event. A-tier. Obtain it by choosing "Learn Extermination Technique" at the Pest Control event. Raw output is modest at 12 AoE damage (upgraded 15), but it has perfect synergy with Strength — the more Strength you have the more each hit explodes. At +5 Strength that's 32 AoE damage (upgraded 40), at +10 Strength it's 52 AoE (upgraded 65), making it a top-tier AoE card in Strength builds. It clears multi-enemy encounters extremely efficiently.

The key is playing it with Strength stacked. Bare 3 damage x4 isn't enough for bosses, but at +5 Strength or more it becomes a 1-cost 32+ AoE main weapon. Play Feeding Frenzy (+5 Strength this turn) on the same turn to instantly assemble a high-power AoE strike. Against Vulnerable targets each hit gets +50% damage, so the ideal flow is applying Vulnerable first with Meteor Shower then firing Exterminate. The upgrade hits 5 times, amplifying the Strength benefit further — a high-priority upgrade.

• Feeding Frenzy: +5 Strength this turn yields 8 x 4 = 32 AoE. Two cards (0+1 cost) for 32 AoE is absurd value.
• Demon Form: +3 Strength every turn. Exterminate's AoE accelerates the longer the fight runs.
• Meteor Shower: apply Vulnerable first, then Exterminate for 1.5x damage. Big AoE plus debuffs.
• Echo Form: double trigger means 8 hits on all enemies. With Strength stacked it's catastrophic AoE.
• Shuriken (Relic): 3 Attack plays grant +1 Strength. Exterminate itself is 1 play, but combined with other Attacks you trigger it.
• Pen Nib (Relic): every 10th Attack deals double damage. Exterminate's AoE doubles.
