A Silent staple that pays Block and Draw at the same time. 5 Block (8 upgraded) plus 2 draw for 1 energy is excellent tempo — defense plus card advantage on one card. Pairs beautifully with Corruption, because each draw fires a Poison proc, so Backflip applies Poison twice. Upgraded Block jumps to 8 and the defensive floor rises noticeably. Welcomed into any Silent deck, usually in 1–2 copies.

• A foundational skill from early to late. Running 2 copies is the stable baseline.
• With Corruption, Backflip's 2 draws each apply Poison — one card, two Poison procs.
• The extra draw accelerates the deck and gets you to key pieces faster.
• Flechettes scales with Skills in hand — Backflip sitting in hand boosts its damage before being played.
• Upgrade it early to lock in the 8 Block floor and improve early-act reliability.

• Corruption: AoE Poison every time you draw. Backflip's 2 draws equal 2 Poison procs.
• After Image: 1 Block per card played. Backflip itself triggers After Image for an additional Block.
• Flechettes: damage scales with Skills in hand. Backflip in hand adds to the damage while still being played.
• Master Tactician: apply Shiv on each Skill played. Backflip is reliable Shiv fuel every turn.
