Cost 3 is very heavy, but this Exhaust Skill creates 3–4 copies of a chosen card next turn. Ideal targets are cards whose multiple casts snowball — Deadly Poison, Screech, Adrenaline, Mirage. Three or four Deadly Poisons next turn means 15–28 Poison stacks piled in one turn. Three Screeches swing enemy Strength by −18 to −27 — crippling debuffs. Exhaust limits use to once, but that single turn's return is enormous. Whether the 3-Energy setup is worth it depends on the target card and the situation. It shines when you have only one copy of a key card you want multiple plays from.

• Best targets: Deadly Poison, Mirage, Screech — Skills whose effects compound across multiple casts.
• Cost 3 restricts your current turn. Use it when next turn's explosion more than pays it back.
• Exhaust limits to one cast, but with enough Draw and Energy the 3–4 copies chain extremely well.
• Bullet Time + Nightmare enables playing all 3–4 copies for 0 — a massive action burst.
• Upgraded to 4 copies, next turn's payoff grows further.

• Deadly Poison: 5–7 Poison Skill. Nightmare → next turn 3–4 Deadly Poisons piles 15–28 Poison in one turn.
• Screech: −6–9 Strength AoE Exhaust Skill. Nightmare copies reach −18 to −27 enemy Strength next turn.
• Mirage: Block equal to Poison stack (Exhaust). Nightmare → 3–4 Mirages = 3–4× Poison-stack Block.
• Bullet Time: all cards 0 cost this turn. Nightmare copies all play free — ultimate combo.

• Early Act 1: low priority. Cost 3 is heavy and strong copy targets are few.
• Late Act 1: medium. Consider once Deadly Poison, Blur, or similar are online.
• Act 2+: high. Copying your best card 3–4 times has massive payoff.
• Boss reward: high. Great closer — 4 Deadly Poisons or 4 Screeches can end boss fights.
