Golden Pearl is Tescatara's Ancient relic that grants 300 Gold instantly. 300 Gold equals 2-3 shop card removals, or one relic plus one removal — a huge sum that fuels a big shop run right after pickup.
How to Spend 300 Gold
- Card removal: Around 75 Gold each lets you remove 3-4 unwanted cards. Accelerates deck compression
- Relic purchase: Shop relics run 150-300 Gold; many are strong
- Card purchase: Rares sit around 150 Gold. Pinpoint the card you need
- Potion purchase: Useful for emergency potion restocks
- Splitting across multiple shops is also fine
Pickup Timing Matters
- Earlier is better — Gold is more valuable early. Solidify the deck foundation with removals and relics
- Mid-run still delivers solid value from shop relics and Rare card purchases
- Late-run you may not spend it all, but one big shop trip is still easy
