Rating
Brilliant Scarf is Vaku's Ancient relic that zeroes the cost of the 5th card you play each turn. Conditional, but every turn you get a potential free high-cost card, boosting Energy efficiency dramatically. The ideal pattern: play four 0-cost cards, then fire a 2-3 cost card for free.
