Bookmark is a Necrobinder-exclusive relic that, at end of turn, randomly lowers the cost of 1 Retained card by 1. Necrobinder has many Retain-keyword cards, enabling a strategy of holding high-cost cards and playing them at reduced cost.
The random targeting is the drawback — if you hold multiple cards, the card you want may not be the one reduced. But by narrowing the retained hand to a single card, you can lock in the target. The more deliberately you manage your hand, the stronger this relic becomes.
