Galactic Dust

Galactic Dust is a Regent-only relic that auto-grants 10 Block every time you spend 10 cumulative Stars. Regent has many Star-spending cards, so the counter moves quickly.

Many Regent cards consume Stars to produce powerful effects — Falling Star, Quasar, Big Bang, and similar. Every Star-spending card advances the Galactic Dust counter, and reaching 10 automatically grants 10 Block. Star builds routinely burn 5–10 Stars per turn, so the relic fires once every 2–3 turns on average.

Paired with Divine Right's opening 3 Stars or Lunar Pastry's per-turn +1 Star, the supply-and-spend cycle stays stable, and Galactic Dust's Block fires on a predictable rhythm. Since you get Block without playing Skill cards, you can funnel all hand energy into Attacks while still locking in defense — the ideal dual-purpose play.
