Cauldron is a Shop relic that grants 5 random potions on pickup. Five potions at once gives you a stockpile of trump cards for the upcoming elite or boss. The downside is the one-shot nature — after the burst the relic slot does nothing. If your potion belt is too small you may lose potions to overflow. Only worth buying if you have potion slot room and a tough boss is right around the corner.
