Mr. Struggles is an Event relic that adds 1 random Status card to your hand at the start of every combat. It is a downside relic acquired from an event in exchange for another reward. An unwanted Status card clogging your opening hand each fight effectively reduces your turn-1 hand to 4 cards. The impact is small in short trash fights, but the lost opening tempo hurts in boss fights. Medical Kit lets you instantly Exhaust Status cards, making it a great fit.
