Prayer Wheel is a Rare relic that adds one extra card-reward option after regular fights. More chances to meet the card you want means reaching deck completion sooner. But STS2 punishes bloat more than STS1 did, and more picks don't always mean more takes. As a Rare relic, providing no direct combat boost is the sticking point — it asks for sharp card-selection judgment.
