Pen Nib is an Uncommon relic that doubles damage on every 10th Attack played. The counter persists across combats, so you can charge it in trash fights and unleash the doubled hit at a decisive moment in a boss battle. It was extremely strong in STS1, but STS2's different attack frequency and deck speed makes the 10-attack count feel heavier. Landing it on a single huge hit pays off, but timing control is hard.
