Ring of the Drake

Ring of the Drake is the upgraded Ring of the Snake. For the first 3 turns of combat, you draw 2 extra cards per turn. The base version only triggers on turn 1, but Ring of the Drake lasts 3 turns, significantly improving early-game deployment.

After turn 3 the draw bonus ends, so in long fights the effect tapers. However, most fights are decided in the first 3 turns, and setting up the board during that window gives a big advantage throughout. Taking this upgrade is recommended in almost every case.
