Acquisition
An Ancient relic obtained as a choice from Tanx (Act 3). One of the options presented when you meet Tanx in Act 3. Extremely important as a final-act power-up.
Rating
Tanx's Whistle is Tanx's Ancient relic that deals 15 damage to all enemies at the start of combat. Purely passive and guaranteed to trigger every fight, it provides exceptional consistency. In trash encounters it slashes enemy HP hard and shortens fights by several turns. It's especially valuable in multi-enemy encounters, often one-shotting weak foes at the opener. Against bosses 15 damage is small, but as chip damage over long fights it still matters.
