Festive Popper deals 9 damage to all enemies at the start of combat. In trash fights 9 damage is huge, sometimes one-shotting weak enemies. Since it's AoE, it shines especially in encounters with many low-HP foes. Among Common relics it's a stand-out reliable damage contributor.
