Venerable Tea Set is an Event relic that grants extra energy in the first combat after each rest site visit. With extra opening energy you can deploy Powers or play big cards on turn 1. Pairing the effect with a pre-boss rest makes the boss opening turn unusually strong. The catch is that the trigger depends on rest site visits, so its value shifts with map layout and your routing. As an event relic you rarely have to agonize over the choice, but don't overhype it either.
