Small Capsule is a Neow relic that instantly grants a random relic. There's gamble because you don't know what you'll get, but most relics contribute from turn one of Act 1, so duds are rare. The randomness is a downside when the deck's direction is already decided — targeted Neow picks beat it there. It's strictly worse than Big Capsule (random relic x2), but if Big Capsule isn't offered, Small Capsule is still well worth taking.
