Ruined Helmet is an Ironclad-only relic that doubles the first Strength gained each combat. It massively boosts the explosive scaling of a Strength build, and paired with Strength-granting cards like Inflame or Demon Form, the effect is enormous.
Its weakness is that it completely rots if no Strength cards are in the deck. When you're not committing to a Strength build, the pick priority is low. Conversely, if you already own multiple Strength cards and this relic shows up, take it without hesitation.
