Rating
Pomander is a Niou Ancient relic that instantly upgrades one card. The effect is reliable, but valued at exactly one upgrade it's more modest than other Niou picks. If you target a card whose upgrade drastically changes performance (cost reduction, damage doubling, etc.), early combat strength visibly improves. A side benefit is skipping one campfire smith and spending that rest site on HP recovery instead.
