Runic Capacitor

Runic Capacitor is a Defect-only relic that adds 3 Orb slots. Defect's default is 3 slots, and this relic doubles that to 6. It's critically important in builds that deploy many Orbs at once.

More Orb slots directly translates to more simultaneous passive triggers. Six Frost Orbs generate 12 Block per turn (no Focus) — with +2 Focus, that becomes 24 Block per turn — handing you huge Block totals without playing a single Skill card. Six Lightning Orbs deal 18 damage per turn automatically, and trash fights practically resolve themselves.

Synergy with Focus is especially massive. Focus +1's benefit multiplies by the number of Orbs, so at 6 slots Data Disk's Focus +1 effectively becomes +6 Block or +6 damage per turn. This relic fundamentally elevates the damage and defense ceiling of any Orb build.
