Gnarled Hammer is a shop relic that lets you enchant up to 3 Attack cards with Sharp 3 on acquisition. Sharp permanently increases an Attack's damage by 3, so enchanting 3 cards raises your total damage output substantially every turn. The standard approach is to concentrate the enchants on your best Attacks; multi-hit or low-cost Attacks gain the most, since the +3 applies on each hit or every play.
