Snecko Skull

Snecko Skull is a Silent-only relic that adds +1 Poison every time you apply Poison. A +1 may look unimpressive, but in Poison builds every Poison card is permanently buffed, and the cumulative effect across a run is massive.

Poison Stab goes from 3 to 4 Poison, Deadly Poison from 5 to 6, Bouncing Flask from 3 per hit to 4. It pairs especially well with per-turn Poison Powers like Noxious Fumes, where the extra +1 each turn stacks up relentlessly. With Catalyst, the +1 lands before the doubling, so the effective increase more than doubles.

If there are no Poison cards in the deck it's completely dead, so the pick depends on direction. The starter deck includes Poison Stab, so there's a minimum trigger opportunity. If you commit to Poison, take it as early as possible to maximize cumulative value.
