A 0-cost Skill that fetches a Colorless card for 2 diamonds. Choosing from 3 options makes it easy to grab what you need, and the upgrade hands you pre-upgraded Colorless cards, which are even stronger.

The Colorless pool contains many universally strong cards (Jot, Panic Button, Strategist, and so on), so Quasar gives excellent flexibility to adapt to the current fight. Its big advantage over Manifestation (which adds one random Colorless card) is the 3-card choice. It also pairs well with the Arsenal power (gain Strength when playing Colorless cards) for a double-dip effect.

• It costs 2 diamonds, so use it on turns where you have extra diamonds or in a diamond-heavy deck.
• Upgrade priority is high because the upgraded form produces upgraded Colorless cards.
• With Arsenal in play, pulling and playing a Colorless card generated by Quasar stacks Strength.

• Arsenal: Gain 1 Strength for each Colorless card played. Quasar-fetched cards trigger it.
• Pillar of Creation: Gain Block whenever you create a card. Quasar's fetch counts.
• Spectrum Shift: Adds a Colorless card automatically at turn start. Combines naturally with Quasar for broad Colorless usage.

• Act 1 early: Medium. 2 diamonds can be heavy early, but the flexibility always has value.
• Act 1 late: High. Once diamond generation is online, a Colorless pull every turn is very stable.
• Act 2 onward: High. With Arsenal it contributes to Strength scaling as well.
• Boss rewards: Medium. Great adaptability, but finisher cards often take priority.
