  • Effect: Revive 3 X times. Add X Souls to your draw pile.

Rating

A flexible X-cost Skill: X energy = X*3 Revive + X Souls. 1 energy = Revive 3 + 1 Soul, 3 energy = Revive 9 + 3 Souls — scales Osty HP and Soul supply at the same time, which no other card does.

Emergency Osty heal when you dump a large X, or a Soul-supply engine for Soul decks (Soul Eater, Soul Extraction, Soul Flay). Combos with Soul Storm (damage per Exuded Soul) — Dirge loads Souls into the deck, they cycle and Exude, and Soul Storm cashes them in for massive damage. Classic "dump leftover energy at turn end" play.

Rating: A-tier — high-flexibility X-cost that solves Osty heal and Soul supply simultaneously.

How to Use

  • Emergency full heal when Osty HP is dangerously low by pumping high X
  • End of turn: dump leftover energy into Dirge to stockpile Souls
  • Chain with Soul Storm to Exude Souls for massive finisher damage
  • Feed Soul Eater for draw conversion

Synergies / Deck Types

  • Soul Storm: damage per Exuded Soul. Dirge generates many Souls for later Soul Storm payoff
  • Soul Eater: consume Souls for draw. Dirge turns spare energy into draw engine fuel
  • Soul Flay: convert Soul to damage. Dirge refills the Soul pool
  • Show Time: Revive per Osty attack. Dirge's Revive + attack count works nicely
  • Revive: full heal via Revive 25. Different use case from Dirge's X-scaling

Pick Priority

  • Act 1 early: medium. X-cost makes it hard to brick even early
  • Act 1 late: high. Grab once Soul or Osty cards start appearing
  • Act 2+: high. Soul Storm / Soul Eater combos massively raise your finisher damage
  • Boss reward: high. Shines in long fights where Soul accumulation + Osty heal matter
