Rating
A starter Attack that every Necrobinder run begins with. 6 damage for 1 energy is the baseline, but it does absolutely nothing with Necrobinder's signature mechanics (Osti, Soul, Decay), so outside of the opening fights the inclusion value drops fast.
The upgrade bumps it to 9 damage and fixes cost efficiency, but once stronger Attacks show up I want Strike gone as soon as possible. With deck-thinning tools like Forbidden Grimoire in the deck, Strike is the first card I look to cut.
Rating: C-tier (starter card, only useful early)
How to Use
- In Act 1 it is the main damage source — swing it freely
- Once Osti synergies or Decay synergies come online, plan to Exude it
- Upgrading gives 9 damage which carries you through the midgame more comfortably
- As the deck takes shape, Strike becomes the first cut candidate
Synergies / Deck Types
- Forbidden Grimoire: a chance at end of combat to permanently remove an unwanted Strike
- Power Drain: use a Strike as the upgrade target from the discard pile
- Deck-thinning relics in general — the sooner Strike leaves the deck, the faster the good cards cycle
