A 1-cost Skill that applies 13 Decay AND draws a card — three jobs at once: offense, tempo, and resource. 13 Decay from a single Skill is premium, and the draw keeps tempo loss at zero.

With Cloak of Shadow out (2-3 Block per Decay applied), every Retribution also tacks on 2-3 Block. It also combos with Door to Death — apply Decay with Retribution, then Door to Death the same turn for a combined 18-21 Block. Perfect for maintaining deck cycling while building Decay stacks.

Rating: A-tier (1-cost Decay apply + draw + Cloak of Shadow trigger)

• With Cloak of Shadow, every Retribution auto-Blocks 2-3
• Same-turn with Door to Death = Decay application triggers + extra Block flow
• The draw means no tempo loss — play Retribution, then immediately play the drawn card
• Strong as the Decay-stacking setup turn before a Nowhere to Run amplification

• Cloak of Shadow: Retribution's 13 Decay auto-grants 2-3 Block
