A 0-cost Attack generated from various Silent Skills. A single card's damage is low, but you generate them in bulk to overwhelm with volume. When combined with Poison or Weak, effective damage skyrockets.

Once generated, use them up during the same turn as a rule. At 0 cost, they don't consume Energy, so you can stack them with other cards to increase your action count. Including multiple Knife-generating cards in your deck creates a stable damage source every turn.
