Rating
A Rare Attack that deals 20 damage for 2 Energy and rewards 20 Gold if it kills the target. Stacking up Gold while attacking funds shop cards and Relics. The Upgraded version scales both to 25 damage and 25 Gold. The damage itself is solid, and the lethal bonus is very welcome.
How to Use
- When an enemy is sitting at 20 HP (25 when Upgraded) or less, use it as the finisher to cash in the Gold.
- Gold earned affects the entire run, so the earlier it is acquired, the bigger the payoff.
- Finish off trash mobs with it to build Gold, then spend it in shops on strong cards and Relics.
- Upgraded to 25 damage and 25 Gold, both the kill range and the Gold reward improve.
Good Synergies
- Damage adjustment cards: Chip the enemy HP down into the card's kill range, then finish with Hand of Greed.
