The ultimate ranged poke that can be thrown out while crouch Blocking. If you Block this, the following mixup begins.
The counter is to jump or whiff punish it. The recovery is long, so even beginners can aim for a whiff punish.
2HP → Condor Wind
A sequence every Lily player does, sneaking in wind stocks. The universal counter is to use a horizontally strong SA when you see wind stocking, which will be guaranteed.
If that’s difficult, when you see wind stocking: Impact is recommended, but weak Wind can counter it. Conversely, raw Rush is guaranteed against weak Wind, so it becomes a mixup.
Given the above, an even better counter is Fuzzy Parry → Rush. Press the Parry button at the timing you’d Block medium Wind → add step input. This way you Parry medium Wind, and raw Rush is guaranteed against weak Wind.

- When you show this, the Lily player will try to counter the Fuzzy by attacking directly from wind stock, but this makes Impact
- even easier to land, so recognize this is all part of one set of mixups

Lily is +20F. Rush Oki connects, and furthermore it can evade OD invincible. Back Rise has no Oki, so Back Rise is the safe option, but remember that the wind stocking rock-paper-scissors still occurs.

- On Back Rise
- Rush heavy attack is guaranteed, so pay attention to Lily’s actions after a normal throw

- If medium Wind stock is used, it’s possible to confirm the Rush and press an attack
